Blizzard's (the game developer popular for Diablo 3, WoW, Warcraft and Starcraft) website really wasn't designed with a great deal of common sense when it comes to customer support, as I found out the other day. Errors including rejecting one of the methods (and for some the only method) of regaining access to their account through game keys doesn't help their cause either.
It would also be nice if they emailed you to tell you that they'd locked your account for whatever random reason. Alas, they don't. Another intelligent move in the customer service arena by Blizzard.
I did all of this from scratch in Photoshop and I went for the general feel of things as opposed to an exact replica of the website.
